little bit of us...
The Antica Delizia Ice Cream Parlour opened in
august 1997.
Chiara and Simone, an enthousiastic young couple,
threw themselves recklessly
into this project, their wish being to produce a
top quality ice-cream,
using the best possible raw materials.
After several years of experience and testing raw
materials,
Chiara and Simone have won their bet.
Indeed, today they produce an exceptionally high
quality ice-cream, with a wide
selection of flavours that changes with the seasons.
The ice-cream is either milk-based or sorbet, and
a gluten-free option is available too.
The parlour also produces "semifreddi", ice cream
cakes and mini
portions, and will make special cakes upon request for all occasions.
These are but a few of the reasons that make the Antica Delizia one of
the best and most appreciated ice-cream parlours in the province of
Siena.
One last note; Chiara and Simone now have three children who eat at
least two cups of ice-cream each a day.
Is this not a guarantee of the genuinity and
exceptionnal quality of the ice-cream?
